Ingredients

2 Medium Eggs

1 TomatoChopped

1/2 OnionFinely Chopped

2 Tablespoons Butter

To Your Taste Salt
Directions
Put the butter in the pan then add the chopped onions and the chopped tomatoes add some salt, stir it often and cook for about a minute until the tomatoes are soft.
In a cup beat the eggs and put it into the pan together with the rest of the ingredients. keep stirring the pan until the eggs and tomatoes and onions are well mixed together and serve when they are ready.
If you like your eggs very soft, do not leave to cook for too long. The only take maybe 1 or 2 minutes maximum. If you prefer to leave longer, this is fine to eat as well.
